With the various softwares and programs available to use on our devices, we will train teachers and administrators to be able to utilize these programs to their fullest. 

Together, we can help with organizing lesson plans and course materials, keeping track of homework, grades, and attendance, and we can help teachers find new and creative teaching methods to ensure that every student reaches their full potential.  

 

For Administrators:

Technology also helps ensure a better flow of communication between teachers, parents, students, and administrators.

If you’ve already received a device or software from Archangel, log in (link in text) to enter your portal.

Once inside the portal you should see a blue button labeled “having an issue?”

Click there, and a form will open asking you to explain the issue in detail  

Once you’ve filled out the form, click “submit” to submit your ticket, and you can find the ticket under the “tickets” tab on the side menu of your portal.

You can check the Tickets tab to see updates and track the progress of an open ticket, as well as see the results of resolved and closed tickets.

Log in to Archangel.com/login to access your portal

Once logged, click on the my profile icon at the top right corner of the page to enter the portal

The Dashboard will then open up where users can see their account info and user profile

The Dashboard shows 

  • customer history, including past, pending, and active orders, years with the company and points for our loyalty program
  • Shipment/order statuses
  • Special deals and events
  • Warranty information
  • Important notices of changes in company policies or warranty policies
  • Payment schedules for devices and services (billing period, open balance, last payment, next payment $____ due on ___ )
